Hungry for a delicious summer snack that actually helps protect your skin? Nutrition Expert Jessica Spiro inspired us to try out this simple recipe that takes less than 5 minutes to make…and even less time to scarf down!
Peaches are a delicious summertime staple that are also incredibly nutritious. The nutrients in peaches are especially good for your skin, which is good news since we expose more of it during the warmer months.
These nutrients include vitamin A, which increases cell turnover to keep our skin looking fresh, and vitamin C, which can actually help protect the skin from UV light.
Of course, you’ll still want to lather on that sunscreen!
If you haven’t bought peaches yet, now is the time! They are typically available from May to September but hits its peak in July and August.
